3. THE SEARCH IS ON

Together, we’ll search for and tour properties until you make your final home selection.

4. MAKE AN OFFER

When you find ‘the one’, I’ll prepare and negotiate an offer that you’re comfortable with and that protects your interests.

5. SUBJECT REMOVAL

Ensuring that the property is in good standing, both inside and out, is key. At this point, financing will be approved, an inspection will be made, and all documents will be reviewed.

6. FINAL DETAILS

We work with the lawyers, financial institutions and sellers until all the documents are finalized.

7. GET THE KEYS

It’s possession day! I will coordinate with the seller and place the keys in your hand.

8. WELCOME HOME!
