I followed in their footsteps and for over 16 years I bought, renovated, staged, and sold properties throughout Vancouver and Burnaby.   Christina was amazing in the sale of our house and the purchase of a new one.  She was always quick to reply to our ( many) questions  and was super helpful in every aspect of the sale...down to helping blow my leaves in the backyard when we were getting ready for pictures !   And the time and energy she put into getting the house ready for showing was excellent.   We recently bought a new home in East Vancouver remotely from Edmonton and Phoenix.  Very tricky but Christina did an amazing job helping us sort through all the options and find a home right for us. While other realtors were pushing hard for an exclusive agreement upfront, Christina understood our need to get to know the realtors offering services before committing. She had a confidence in herself and it showed. She took time to understand our needs, showed us thoughtful options, and ultimately helped us work through to a tricky multiple offer purchase.   Christina Joe helped us sell our condo. She gave us really great suggestions, had professionals come and take photos and map out the floorplan and maximized our open houses while coordinating with our tenant for minimum disruptions.   Christina sold my  house and got me into a beautiful bungalow for the purpose of downsizing and to get me in a home with no stairs. Christina's attention to detail and moral support during a stressful time is unparalleled to any realtor I have worked with in the past. Christina is a true professional with the added touch of buying and selling my  house as if it was her own family. Her calming influence along with her incredible negotiating skills and attention to detail is why you can't go wrong when you list with her.
